GORGEOUS VICTORIAN INNS IN CHARLEVOIX

Nestled between the shores of Lake Michigan and Lake Charlevoix, our hotels are steps from everything Downtown Charlevoix has to offer. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning.

Charlevoix House was purchased in 2017 and fully rehabbed.  This property located conveniently at 202 Michigan had been closed 7 years and we were thrilled to bring it back to the marketplace for guests to enjoy.  We have continued to improve all aspects of the property year upon year.

The Northside was added to our portfolio in 2021 and rehabbed that same year to be a 7 unit Inn. We appointed all the rooms to be themed.  Each room was updated as well as many of the common areas.   It sparkles when you walk-in.

WHAT OUR GUESTS SAY

My husband and I had a delightful 4-night stay at Charlevoix House. We especially enjoyed the casual coffee and light breakfast atmosphere, mingling and talking with many other guests. Time spent on the porch also provided great conversation with other guests, some of whom we are still in touch with.

We stayed here one night in June. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated. The innkeeper was incredibly friendly and had excellent suggestions for finding Petoskey and Charlevoix stones along the coast.

My husband and I stayed here in our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. We are not super big breakfast eaters so this filled us up perfectly! We loved the bathtub in the up north room! We would recommend this! Great service also!

Alissa Thomas Charlevoix House

We couldn't have had a better stay. The home is beautiful and was meticulously clean. We felt very welcomed. Terri is an absolute gem. The breakfasts were fabulous. Definitely recommend and we will be staying there on our next visit to the area.

Terri is the Best! She made us feel welcome and created a very homey atmosphere! The place was clean, quiet, and charming! It is a short walk to the downtown. The breakfasts are very delicious. My wife and I will definitely be back here again!

Such a nice place!! Comfy beds and very clean. We stayed in the two bedroom suite on the main floor and the shower pressure/temp was the best I’ve ever seen! Our host, Terri, made delicious blueberry stuffed French toast for breakfast. Plus there was coffee, fruit, bagels, and more.
